Ordering

When will my pre-order arrive?

All pre-orders are made-to-order.
Production and shipping usually take 2–4 weeks after your order is placed.
Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
We always keep you updated during the process.

How does pre-order work?

When you purchase a pre-order item, you secure your piece before it officially releases.
This system allows us to produce limited quantities and maintain premium quality — no mass production, no restocks.
Your payment confirms your reservation for the upcoming drop.

Can I return or exchange a pre-order item?

Yes — you can exchange or return your order within 14 days after delivery.
The product must be unworn and in original packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes:
• 2–5 business days within Germany
• 5–10 business days for international orders
You’ll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Will there be a restock after Drop 02?

No restocks — each drop is limited and exclusive.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
We focus on quality, not quantity, so every piece stays unique to the ones who got it first.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
